This series of images investigates the sites of London’s of old city wall, gates and Roman fort.

Although the images may appear to be of contemporary London most are composed re-arrangements of buildings and elements from different eras viewed from different perspectives. They layer time and explore how the past lingers and manifests itself in the present. They were produced using a combination of location drawing, archival research and imagination.
